I am an experienced attorney providing immigration law advice and representation. My mission is to provide quality and cost effective immigration services, including preparation and filing for immigration benefits. My clients are busy individuals and businesses that want to utilize Internet-based-technology to save time and money. As I also practice family law (divorce, custody, domestic violence, etc.), I am uniquely positioned to assist individuals needing immigration benefits that may be affected by a separation, divorce or simply, an uncooperative spouse. I counsel individuals and couples on the effects of a premarital agreement or postnuptial agreement on the beneficiary’s status. I handle green card cases with uncooperative spouses, and very often, removal of conditions (I-751) cases in divorce or similar circumstances. I also advise U.S. citizens considering petitioning for a fiance(e) visa regarding premarital/prenuptial agreements. Family Immigration
I handle non-immigrant family visas, including K-1 fiancee visas, and immigrant family visas, as well as adjustment of status, removal of conditions (joint removal of with a waiver of the joint filing requirement), naturalization, deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA) and other cases throughout Chicago, DuPage County, domestically and internationally. Employment Immigration
I represent prospective employees and employers in non-immigrant work visas, including H-1B and L-1 visas (L-1A and L-1B), changes of status, extensions of status, and adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident. I consult businesses on their rights and obligations regarding foreign workers and options for finding the right employee for difficult to fill positions. Most cases are flat fee based.
